Each piece of jewellery is handmade to order, please bear this in mind when placing your order. Normal delivery is aimed to be 28 days from payment clearing if you do require your pieces sooner them please contact us, we always do our best to make sure you receive your items when you need them..Each piece with the exception of earrings is returnable within 7 days of receiving your order. Please obtain proof of purchase as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. A full refund will be given upon the return of the item providing it is returned within time, in its original packaging & unworn. Return postage is not refunded. Please contact us for a return address.
